Directions: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Pour boiled water onto 1 teaspoon of loose tea in complimentary cotton muslin tea bag. Steep for 5-10 minutes.

Use distilled, filtered, or spring water. Do not use an aluminum pot, only stainless steel or glassware.

Drink once daily for maintenance and three times a day for severe cases.

Topical Applications: For bruises and Skin Eruptions, soak gauze in boiled tea to make a poultice. Cool and apply to skin.

* Avoid during pregnancy and nursing.
Store in a Cool, Dry Place.
